Automated Messages and Emails:
You will be receiving messages regarding your opt-in confirmation, booking confirmation, and appointment reminders. Apart from this you will not receive any automated messages or emails.
Unsubscribe:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To cancel the appointment. Simply text "Cancel" to the shortcode, and you will receive a confirmation regarding your cancelled appointment.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer:
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability, network conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages. Carriers are not responsible for any charges, errors, or service interruptions related to SMS messaging. Message and data rates may apply.
Support:
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 5 messages 36 prior to the appointment and one each upon optin and appointment no-show/cancel. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

1. Payment
A. Customer tuition must be either paid in full at time of enrollment into Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Immersion events or with
deposit with the balance paid two weeks prior to the start of the event.
B. Deposits are non-refundable.
C. Customers electing to utilize a payment plan are solely responsible for ensuring that all scheduled payments are
made in full and on time prior to the commencement of the registered event. In the event that a customer ceases
making payments before the balance is paid in full, any prior payments made will be deemed non-refundable and
forfeited, unless used prior to the applicable expiration date.
2. Transfer, Rescheduling, Default, Cancellation,
Termination, and Damages Fee
A. Transfer: Registration fees are non-transferable.
B. Rescheduling: Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision event immersions registrations may be transferred to a later event for a fee of $500.
Rescheduling will not be accepted within 30 days of the event.
C. Default: Customer’s account must be current under these Terms before the start of the Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Immersion
event.
D. Cancellation and refunds: Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Immersion registration fees (deposits, payments, and full pays) are non-
refundable. Should our admissions directors decide for any reason to issue a refund, you are responsible for paying
payment processor processing fees.
E. No-Show: No refund or other credit will be provided if Customer fails to both 1) attend the Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision event
and 2) obtain advance written consent from Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision admissions to reschedule to a different date
3. Background Check and Behavioral Information
Candidates for attendance to Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Events may be required to complete a background investigation and
admissions acceptance review and interview as a condition of attendance
4. Confidentiality Agreement and Waiver of Liability
Candidates for attendance to Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Events may be required to complete a background investigation and
admissions acceptance review and interview as a condition of attendance.
5. General Provisions
A. Warranties: Customer acknowledges that Customer is not relying upon any warranties, promises, guarantees or
representations made by Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision or anyone acting or claiming to act on behalf of Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision unless it is in
writing and made a part of these Terms. All advertising material and all prior representations or agreements, if any,
whether oral or written, are hereby superseded by these Terms. These Terms contains the entire understanding and
agreement between Customer and Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision, and no addition or modification of any of the terms herein shall be
effective unless set forth in writing and signed by Customer and no Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision representative has authority to
modify any of these Terms.
B. Terms and Conditions: By signing up and registering for this Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Event, the Customer is agreeing to be
bound by these Terms, including all the Terms and Conditions herein. These Terms are governed by the laws of the
State of Utah.
C. Dates, times, and structure of the Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Events are subject to change. If the date is changed you will be
given the option to transfer to a later event or receive a full refund.
D. Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision reserves the right to terminate this enrollment for any reason it deems appropriate. Tuition credits
and refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
E. Assignment: This agreement may not be assigned to another individual or entity without express written
approval of Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision.
F. Further Releases: At Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision sole discretion, Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision may require you to agree to additional terms and
conditions to attend the Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Event. Such additional terms shall be in addition to, and shall not supersede
these Terms, and these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
G. Personal Use and No Recording: You agree that by participation in or attending this Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Event, you
expressly agree not to record by audio, video, photography or any other means, any portion of this Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Event, nor will you publish, post on the internet or otherwise make publicly available any recording of any portion
of this Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Event. You also understand and agree that all written and/or electronic materials provided by
Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision in connection with the Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Event are protected by the copyright laws, and you agree not to use
any and all such written/electronic materials in any form after this Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Event, other than for your personal
use.
6. Code of Conduct and Event Security
A. Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Events maintain a strict code of conduct that all attendees must follow. Any violation of this code of
conduct may result in the immediate expulsion from the event without a refund. The following is a list of rules and
guidelines that attendees must abide by:
• Respect Others: All attendees must treat each other with respect and dignity, regardless of their background,
gender, age, race, religion, or any other factor.
• No Harassment or Discrimination: Harassment and discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to
sexual harassment, racial discrimination, and verbal abuse, will not be tolerated. Any attendee found
engaging in such behavior will be immediately expelled from the event without a refund.
• No Illegal or Unsafe Activity: Attendees must not engage in any illegal activity or unsafe behavior, including
but not limited to drug use, violence, theft, and destruction of property. Any attendee found engaging in such
activity will be immediately expelled from the event without a refund and may be reported to the authorities.
• Follow Instructions: Attendees must follow all instructions given by Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision staff and organizers,
including but not limited to event schedules, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.
• Respect Property: Attendees must respect the property of the event venue and other attendees. Any damage
caused to property will be the responsibility of the attendee who caused it.
• No Recording: Attendees are not allowed to record any portion of the Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision Immersion event by audio,
video, photography or any other means, nor will they publish, post on the internet or otherwise make
publicly available any recording of any portion of the event.
• Confidentiality: Attendees must sign a Confidentiality Agreement and Waiver of Liability prior to the start of
the Immersion as a condition of attendance. Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.
Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision staff and organizers reserve the right to modify this code of conduct at any time. Attendees will be
notified of any changes to the code of conduct as soon as possible.
B. The Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravisionstaff and organizers have the right to remove any attendee from the event, at any time, if they
exhibit behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe by Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision. The decision of the Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision staff
and organizers regarding such removals shall be final and binding.
C. In order to attend a Level 2 Immersion Event, the participant must have completed a full Level 1 Immersion
Event.
D. In order to attend a Level 3 Immersion Event, the participant must have completed a full Level 1 Immersion
Event and a full Level 2 Immersion Event. Additionally, the participant must have received an invitation from one
of the master trainers to attend the Level 3 Immersion Event.
E. All attendees may be subject to additional security measures, including but not limited to bag checks, metal
detectors, and pat-downs, at the discretion of Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision staff and organizers.
F. Attendees must comply with all security measures and any other instructions or rules given by Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision staff
and organizers in relation to event security.
G. Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision staff and organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property or
injuries sustained by attendees during the event, whether caused by the actions of other attendees or otherwise.
Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Vibravision LLC DBA Vibravision event.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
A. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding
their existence, validity or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
of Utah, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
B. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought
exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Utah, and each party irrevocably submits to the
exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action or proceeding.
