What was the number one thing that I felt people were missing, or that I was missing before I found Merpati Putih in everyday daily life?

We go through this program of learning how to find our center and integrate our mind, body, and spirit connection. And then, what is it like when you go to the grocery store, you go sit in traffic, or you do things that are every day, daily mundane tasks?

And the biggest thing that I can give to you about my experience is coming to the reality that there are no ordinary moments. Like one of my favorite authors, Dan Millman, stated in his book, Way of the Peaceful Warrior, there are no ordinary moments. There is never anything going on. And every single moment is a gift. Every second.

There are 86,400 seconds throughout the day. In every single one of them, there are so many things going on inside of our body, on autopilot, through our nervous system.

We are a walking miracle.

Being able to tune in and tap into myself and what was really happening inside, really opened up my awareness to what was going on in the outside, and brought that childlike wonder of, oh my gosh, there’s never anything going on. Everything is a game. One of my favorite quotes is from Alan Watts. He says, “Man suffers because he takes seriously what the gods made for fun.”

Another part of that, they say don’t take life too seriously because you’re never going to get out alive. It’s absolutely true. Life is to be enjoyed. We just have to be looking at it through the right glasses. And as we do that, as we tune into the inside, the outside opens up. Life is amazing, so enjoy every second
