What a good friend of mine was told by the teachers with his kids in school, is that, nationwide, we have five times the number of failing students as we did this time last year. It’s really not that surprising. COVID shut everything down, remote learning; some places are not even having school.

It’s no wonder that as George W. Bush asked back in his presidency, is our kids learning? No, they’re really not, or they haven’t been, but luckily they’re getting back into school.

But there are a lot of parents out there that do everything they possibly can to help their kids be their very best selves, academically, in sports, every single way.

But when we sit down, it’s normal for our mind to want to continue going on. A lot of people don’t know how to meditate. They think it’s by sitting down, closing their eyes, taking a couple of deep breaths and “Oh, I feel so much better,” if they meditated. That’s not exactly it.
