As humans, we vibrate on a certain frequency. Everything in the universe is energy. We know this, but with the invention of new technologies that are putting out more frequencies than our system can handle or different frequencies than we evolved to handle, it’s no wonder we’ve seen such a drastic increase in different diseases, whether it’s cancer or autism or you name it.
There are a lot of things that are on the rise and it’s not just frequencies from 5G. It’s also frequencies of chemicals. Everything in the universe is energy, right?
All energy carries a frequency. All frequency carries information. So, if that information coming into us as something that contradicts the natural homeostasis and balance of our body, we’re going to probably have a detrimental result from that. That’s why it’s so important that we look into ways to help shield ourselves from the energies that, they don’t seek to do us harm.
That doesn’t mean they won’t do us harm. So, some of the things that I’ve benefited from myself are EMF-blocking pendants, proper breath, and meditation, getting into nature on a regular basis, as far away from cell phone towers. And as far away from electricity as possible. Earthing, standing on the ground, not on the grass, on dirt, literally on the dirt to get the negative ions from the earth to come into my body. There are even sheets that you can get called Earthing Sheets that you plug into the little, om a three-prong plug. Hits the ground, you plug it in and it actually grounds out your sheets, so you can sleep and be in contact with the frequency of the Earth. I noticed an immediate, and I mean first night reduction on my back pain when I did that, and it just maintained.
There are different things that we can do. But one of the most important things that we can do is to be aware, to be aware that not everything in our surroundings is going to be beneficial for us. So, if you’re having to be around fluorescent lights, you’re having to be around all these different things that are constantly bombarding you, please make sure that on the flip side, you’re spending some time in nature. You’re spending some time with the Earth because we came from the Earth.
